Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Rehabilitation Administration, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Seattle University’sCenter for Change in Transition Services (CCTS) to improve the transition outcomes of students with disabilities from school to post-secondary education or employment; facilitate partnerships with the Educational Service Districts (ESDs) and the Local Education Agencies (LEAs; i.e. school districts) to provide activities that address the authorized activities as outlined in Title IV of WIOA as well as to support and enhance the required activities listed in the WIOA Scope of Work. CCTS has existing relationships with the ESDs and LEAs allowing them to begin the work outlined in the Contract immediately, which is vital for DVR is to meet its new federal requirements.
