1. The King County 911 Program Office expects that the Contractor shall carry out the following activities in relation to the overall Project: a. Coordinate with the King County 911 Program Office, PSERN Operator, and PSAPs for delivery of all the requirements. b. Develop network diagrams displaying the core network and each unique type of site connection so that the topology, design, and the selection of the CVLR connections are clear. The drawings, narrative, or tables shall convey all pointsof-interconnection (POIs) and/or hub locations. Any information regarding the system diagram is considered confidential, secure information. c. Implement a CVLR Solution with the highest degree of resiliency, reliability, and redundancy to ensure service availability in keeping with the most current i3 standards and best practices. The CVLR Solution shall include: (1) All relevant hardware, software, and network components to enable recording from the single system architecture CHFE Intrado VIPER and radio system PSERN Motorola Astro P25. (2) Include a Network Plan for the proposed CVLR Solution, if applicable. (3) A hosted CVLR for the participating PSAPs, up to eleven (11) and one (1) test PSAP, that interconnect to WA State’s ESInet via independent nodes at locations to be determined. 2. Implement industry standards and best practices for physical and logical security, security monitoring, and security management. 3. The CVLR Solution shall remain fully operational and available at 99.999% for every consecutive thirty (30) Day period during the life of the Contract.
