Specifications include, but are not limited to: offer Case Management services for individuals and families living in SHA’s Family communities, including, but not necessarily limited to Yesler Terrace, New Holly, Rainier Vista, Lake City Court, Cedarvale Village, Jackson Park Village, High Point and households served by the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) that may not live in SHA Housing. These communities serve a diverse population of families, elderly and non-elderly individuals, many of whom are immigrants or refugees and who are not English proficient. • Access to basic government benefits and services such as: Broadband Emergency Internet Benefits, EBT and TANF, physical, long term-care, behavioral health, and wellness needs • Families struggling with child/youth issues, help families identify and access programing for children • Documentation and support regarding lease renewal/recertification of eligibility process; lease compliance support, gig and small business navigation, and domestic violence issues.
