The scope of work includes carpet cleaning (apartment units, townhomes, modular and single-family homes, stairs/stairways, common areas), stretching, repairing (seems, replace carpet tiles, dye, patching) and cleaning hard surface flooring. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform these services. Supply all necessary cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products along with Safety Data Sheets prior to the start of the contract. This contract serves to support our property management teams. Carpet Cleaning • Vacuum all carpeted areas thoroughly. • Perform deep cleaning using hot water extraction or steam cleaning methods. • Treat and remove stains and high-traffic area discolorations. • Flooring repairs may be necessary (to include spot dying, transition or tear repairs and stretching). • Minor water extraction / Carpet drying services may be utilized as needed. Cleaning of Hard surface Flooring • Sweep, mop, and polish all hard flooring surfaces. • Perform stripping and waxing of floors as necessary. • Wipe down baseboards and trim when performing floor maintenance.
