Puget Sound Partnership (PSP) has been gathering information associated with business requirements for engaging the public and being transparent and informative while tracking Puget Sound restoration efforts and Near Term Actions. Prior to releasing RFPs for application construction, we seek to formalize existing information into structured Business Rules, Functional Use Cases, and Business Flow Diagrams. These will help define scope for new application development. Once a vendor is hired for application development, the successful business analysis vendor hired under this contract will work with the development vendor as questions are defined once the functional use cases are in use by the development team. This vendor will also develop associated test scripts and oversee Quality Assurance testing and User Acceptance testing
