Specifications include, but are not limited to: SDOT is seeking consultant services for in-house capital project outreach and communications support for projects in the planning, design, construction and project closeout phases. The consultant will support a range of projects, including: pedestrian projects, bike projects, trail projects, neighborhood street fund projects, safety projects, minor operations and maintenance projects, corridor projects and AAC projects. Key tasks could include: Developing and implementing Inclusive Outreach and Public Engagement plans Preparation of project materials (fact sheets, notification flyers, display boards, etc) Development of outreach and event plans Drafting responses for constituent correspondence Designing and facilitating public opinion gathering and education events Staffing and facilitating outreach events and meetings Limited graphic design support including maps, labeling images and plans, and other graphics to support outreach.r
