Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor’s solution must be provided by a Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) or Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) recognized by the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission (UTC). The service provider must maintain status as a UTC recognized LEC throughout the term of the contract and any subsequent extension. The provider’s solution must be able to provide service to all of the individual locations currently being served. A list of Centrex offerings, line counts, and service locations are listed in Service Availability Workbook (Appendix F). Additional central offices in Lumen/Legacy Century Link territory where WaTech does not currently purchase service, but may in the future, are also included in the service Availability Workbook.
