Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) operates a Commute Trip Reduction (CTR) program for the City of Seattle to encourage City employees to consider other options beyond drive-alone commute trips. Currently program information is shared between the City Commute Trip Reduction Coordinator and employees through direct communication and through a CTR website that exists on the Citys In-Web. In order to better communicate the benefits offered by the City of Seattle, to encourage non drive-alone trips, and to ease some of the direct customer service responsibilities of the Citys CTR Coordinator, the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) would like to improve on-line information and services and is seeking a consultant to design and build a new City of Seattle CTR website.
