Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide full-time, investment advisory services for the portion of the CCS portfolio under advisement. b. Review investment policy, identify portfolio strategy and appropriate performance benchmarks, investment objectives, and liquidity requirements. c. Be available in a timely manner, in person or electronically for consultation or advice. Meet with and provide information periodically to CCS assigned staff, the chancellor, and the Board of Trustees when requested (monthly, quarterly, or upon request). Meet periodically with staff, including on-site meetings not less than twice annually, to review and refine portfolio strategy and performance. d. Prepare monthly investment reports summarizing that period’s financial environment, investment holdings by type, maturity, broker, duration, and benchmark comparable. e. Comply with all federal and State of Washington laws as well as resolutions and policies of CCS relating to investment of public funds.
