C-TRAN is seeking proposals for a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM) System for the Highway 99 Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. There is an option of purchasing TVMs for the Fourth Plain BRT Extension Project. The TVM System will consist of one (1) vending machine located at each BRT station, three (3) vending machines at Salmon Creek Transit Center, and a Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant hosted or cloud-based central management system (CMS) to manage the system. C-TRAN will be deploying 39 Ticket Vending Machined on the Highway 99 corridor. We also want one extra one for a spare/replacement. C-TRAN may elect to purchase up to 40 additional TVMs for the Fourth Plain BRT Extension project and the number of TVM’s may increase due to the needs of C-TRAN. TVM locations can be found in the table below. The available space for the TVM is limited allowing only a small form factor and single TVM at each station, specified in Appendix A. The vendor will provide delivery, installation, start-up, and testing of TVMs and CMS. The TVM must be programmed and powered with TVM with antennae, paper loaded and programmed to dispense tickets beginning the first day of service. Each TVM shall be covered or otherwise protected on the platform prior to the start of service.
