• Complete 140 technical assistance site visits to small quantity generator businesses in Shoreline, with at least 80 of those being initial visits, as defined in Attachment A and prioritized by City staff. • Use technical expertise to help small Shoreline businesses prevent pollution by identifying and applying pollution prevention practices, including those defined in the Department of Ecology’s Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington. • Use technical expertise to evaluate private property stormwater infrastructure, assessing for signs of pollution or malfunction. • Promote Ecology’s Product/Equipment Replacement Incentive Program and voucher assistance program to local businesses. April 2025 • Participate on the All-Staff Planning Committee and develop a training for the PPA Partnership (see “Unique Program Elements” in Attachment A). • Participate on the PPA Resource Consistency Committee (see “Unique Program Elements” in Attachment A). • Track site visit data using Ecology’s checklist; enter data into the Ecology PPA database and the City’s database (Cityworks). • Attend mandatory PPA Partnership meetings, webinars, and trainings as specified in Attachment A. • Submit PPA Program quarterly and annual reports to the City. • Meet and communicate regularly with City staff to provide progress updates, recommend sites for City’s Source Control program, and coordinate on other program elements.
