The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to construct to provide labor, materials, and equipment to install Service Fiber Drops from the nearest OFDC to NID with Optional ONT Installation on a unit priced basis in the Bunker Creek area of Lewis County to provide high speed broadband services. Work includes the use of District provided Materials as well as that supplied by the Contractor. This project utilizes state and federal grant funds and specific requirements will apply to bid responses. The awarded contractor shall be registered or licensed as required by the laws of the State of Washington, including but not limited to RCW 39.06 and RCW 18.27.
