Provide service maintenance agreement for Alerton Compass to provide and maintain current versions over the life of the contract. Upgrade from Delta Orcaview to the most current version of Delta enteliWEB and migrate to a vendor-supplied or customer-supplied cloud-hosted Windows server that meets system requirements. Provide software maintenance agreement for Delta enteliWEB to provide and maintain current versions over the life of the contract. Integrate Johnson Controls Metasys with Compass or Delta enteliWEB and eliminate an existing on-premises Metasys server. Provide application support for Alteron Compass, Delta enteliWEB, and Johnson Controls Metaysts integration to Facilities and Planning staff with remote and, if required, onsite support for the life of the contract. Customer support should be business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm PST) with provisions for 24/7 emergency support. If relying on customer-supplied cloud hosted systems, specify the number of systems and the system requirements in the RFP response. Provide these services with no loss of functionality to building controls. Proposed pricing to include any necessary equipment, integration, interface testing, and training.
