This work scope is broken down into three sections: Demolition and Building erecting, Equipment installation, and Piping and valve Installation. Building Addition: The City of Spokane outsourced the structural engineering for a building addition that is required to house the new air dryer. Drawing number 23-02 details the work required for the addition. It also lists the items that are being demolished to make room for the new items. The lighting and sprinkler system to be installed needs to match the existing requirements carried over from the adjacent Denox Building. The original lighting plan is included in drawing 02-25- 710.2. Equipment Installation: There will be four main components to be installed, and they are currently on site. These include an air dryer including filters, air receiver, Transformer A including switchboard, and a new compressor. Drawings for the new components are included in the attachments. There are no pad requirements for the air receiver. It will be anchored directly to the floor. Each other component has an individual base drawing. A concrete bonding agent is required on existing concrete surfaces prior to placement of the new equipment pad
