Specifications include, but are not limited to: Eastern Washington University is soliciting proposals for budgeting and planning software system including the implementation; 1. The budget solution will provide budget users a consistent tool for planning and monitoring university budgets. This includes the biennial budget development process, budget versus actual reporting, and budget adjustments and position changes for current and future years. The goal is to eliminate the need for budget users to use any other system for budget planning, monitoring, or performance reporting. 2. The budget solution will be a web-based budget development and reporting system easily compatible with Eastern’s current technology environment, including but not limited to our ERP and Student Information System as detailed above. 3. The budget solution will effectively manage position budgeting.
