The Broadway-Samish Sewer Replacements project includes sanitary sewer replacements and new sanitary sewer main to separate combination sewer services in various locations within the Broadway, Cornwall, Samish, and Whatcom Falls neighborhoods; a new sanitary sewer manhole on E Magnolia St halfway between N Garden St and High St; and two watermain replacements in Samish and Whatcom Falls. Services, including professional engineering services, and construction engineering and/or administration, may be added/removed from the contract contingent upon funding availability and project needs. This project is funded through various City of Bellingham utility funds such as the local sewer fund, water fund, and street fund.
