Briarwood, located in Shoreline, was built in 1969 and consists of seventy (70), one (1) bedroom and one (1) bathroom apartments in a three (3) story wood framed apartment building. There are a total of 48 elevated decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors. First floor concrete patios are not included in this project. The work for this project includes (but is not limited to): 1. Contractor is responsible to secure all deck doors prior to start of work. 2. Pressure wash all decks to remove dirt, grease, mildew etc. 3. Pressure wash and clean all existing deck railings. 4. Deck substrate to be smooth, clean and dry prior to applying specified deck coatings. 5. Apply all specified deck coatings per manufacturer's recommendations by experienced certified installers. 6. Contractor to protect adjacent siding, windows, doors, heat pumps, landscaping and all other assets that will not be pressure washed or coated with liquid applied flooring. 7. Full clean-up of the work zones and adjacent areas impacted by the work.
