The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination necessary to complete the following tasks: 2.1 Electrical Panel Installation • Replace current electrical panel with a new 200-amp outdoor-rated electrical panel on the exterior of the Bremerton Lanes building. • Ensure installation meets NEC, state, and local electrical codes. 2.2 Rewiring • Re-run wiring from the new electrical panel to all existing parking lot light poles using the existing underground conduit. • Install new grounding per NEC requirements 2.3 Fixture Retrofit • Vendor shall utilize current existing poles on site • Retrofit the five (5) existing parking lot light fixtures to accept and operate LED bulbs. 2.4 Permits and Inspections • Obtain, pay for, and manage all required electrical permits. • Provide copies of permits to Kitsap Transit upon completion.
