Consultant expected to lead or support the Port with these efforts. o FY 2024 RAISE Exhibits attached. o FY 2024 General Conditions attached. • Implement quality control, quality assurance, and lead management of the scope/schedule/budget. • Coordination with Port’s environmental project consultant (Aspect Consulting). • Site survey, geotechnical exploration and other data gathering efforts as necessary. • Site evaluation including development of site use and layout alternatives (including the terminal, the terminal entrance, and the “logpond” (aka “cargo support area”) upland area adjacent to the terminal. • Develop comprehensive plans, technical specifications and estimates; with key deliverables anticipated at the 30/60/90% design stages, along with a final 100% set for advertisement. • Preparing technical, operational, and environmental reports and /or manuals.
