The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit qualified evaluation service providers to gather, review and analyze data in order to examine the Bellevue Youth Court model used to provide youth development, juvenile judicial and social services during the 2008 2011pilot project years. Establish a three- year data tracking process, review identified data for analysis and prepare annual evaluation reports on the Bellevue Youth Court Project. Scope OF SERVICES: The Project Management Team (Project Team) invites qualified consulting organizations to propose how they can assist the Project Team to design, organize and implement a program evaluation function to measure program-level.
