Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultants interested in participating on a project to provide behavioral health support for youth and trauma-informed training by providing staff with culturally responsive training. o Create and/or modify training content for Community Based Organization staff to include a focus on trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices that aligns with the CASEL’S SEL Framework - CASEL and SAMHSA’s trauma informed best practices (TIP 57: Trauma-Informed Care in Behavioral Health Services | SAMHSA). o Develop a dissemination plan to reach statewide, including rural communities as well as youth disproportionately impacted by the COVID pandemic. o Schedule and deliver train-the-trainer to organization staff that work directly with the youth. o Develop and provide a minimum of an eight- (8-) hour of training to a minimum of one thousand, five hundred (1,500) Community Based Organization staff, virtual or in-person. o Develop & provide follow up competency assessment, and include a plan to meet identified needs.
