Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFQQ is to have available Contractors to provide WWU with expert advice on the most efficient use of the SunGard Banner ERP system and associated software. WWU requires that the Contractor be able to provide consultants in assisting WWU with re-engineering business processes to operate efficiently using the Banner system; do performance evaluations; use of new functionality; provide information to allow WWU to interface local applications with Banner modules; and provide security best practice advice. A near term project is Finance Banner Initiatives which includes implementation of Banner Grant module, Fixed Assets and electronic requisitions, JVs and imaging (Nolij). All these initiatives will be carried out at different timelines within the next couple years. The university has been using Banner as our ERP system since 1989. Since 1989 we have entered into an annual work order agreement with SunGard for services as needed.
