Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Elevator work includes: Replace/restore/refurbish elevator equipment including but not limited to: new controller, machine governor and hoist ropes. Furnish and install new elevator cab and cab interior. All updated systems shall include capabilities for response to fire and seismic events. b. Architectural work includes: In elevator machine room (EMR): Paint floor, provide penetration(s) for mechanical system, install new exterior door, paint existing stair and landing. At all elevator lobbies: replace call stations and paint existing lobby frames and area around walls. Seal and protect openings in elevator shaft. c. Mechanical work includes: Removal of existing mechanical systems and fire protection piping in hoistway and elevator machine rooms. Provide new HVAC systems for elevator machine rooms per bid documents.
