The work includes: Site preparation, construction of a new transit center bus bay island to accommodate eight (8) active bays with new custom steel canopy structure, new facility buildings, new steel framed gantry with perforated aluminum panels, new Battery Electric Bus (BEB) equipment yard, a new intersection at Rainer Avenue S. and Hardie Ave SW, and additional roadway improvements along S. Grady Way and Lake Avenue S. , Installation of a new sanitary sewer line within the transit center and along the property line for parcel BRI-148., a new surface parking lot and access road providing connection from Lake Avenue to the surface parking lot, widening of northbound shoulder on SR 167 between the I-405 entrance and exit ramps to accommodate a bus only lane , installation of owner provided equipment and materials, and Testing and commissioning.
