Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor has the licensed/certified personnel and access to certified laboratories, and experience with LOSS treatment plants, and DOH regulatory and requirements to effectively operate and the wastewater system at: Bayview State Park. CONTRACTOR will provide services as follows: • Collaborate with State Parks representatives, equipment provider, in understanding the requirements for plant and system operations. • Onsite familiarization with the wastewater treatment plant and systems including any filtration, chlorination, review and recommendations for revising O&M manuals. • Review and comply with DOH permit requirements dated March 29, 2024. • Operate wastewater treatment plant during normal operations beginning on February 1, 2024 until January 31, 2025 • Work under this agreement will include on-site presence at facilities as required by DOH regulations to ensure system is operating as designed, and to make necessary adjustments approved by DOH to optimize system operation. Any failures will be immediately relayed to the State Parks representative for correction authorization or assignment for staff to correct. • Operator is to fill out all reports and submittals required for the plant and have these reports to the proper agency by due date.
