The City of Spokane Street department is seeking a Firm to perform assessments of the City's entire Arterial System - 267 centerline miles, 750 lane miles and Local Access System – 727 centerline miles, 1448 lane miles. Assessments made on a bi annual basis, Arterial System in odd years performed on all lanes of travel, Local Access System in even years. Assessment must not disturb traffic flow. Collected data provided must assess surface distresses of roadway, and be able to measure and rank pavement conditions while performing automated pavement condition surveys. The resulting data must be format compatibility Pavement Management System, StreetSaver and provided to the City’s Street Department who will upload into Pavement Management System, StreetSaver, to enable alignment of collected data with 20 years of previously collected data maintained in StreeSaver, that is utilized by the Street Department for maintenance and replacement planning. Meetings may be conducted by video/teleconference at mutual agreement. The City will not pay or reimburse travel costs for any part of this project.
