Evaluate the alignment of forty (40) grade level state assessments identified in the table below to the revised Washington State K–12 Learning Standards (2024). Smarter Balanced ELA 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 Smarter Balanced Mathematics 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 Washington Access to Instruction and Measurement- ELA 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 Washington Access to Instruction and MeasurementMathematics 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 10 WIDA ACCESS (for qualifying MLs) K, 1, 2–3, 4–5, 6–8, 9–12 WIDA Alternate ACCESS (for qualifying MLs with significant cognitive disabilities The activities required to accomplish the primary objective will involve input from educators and/or subject matter experts who systematically gather judgments about selected dimensions of revised K–12 Learning Standards in ELA and Mathematics, to various components of current assessments. Working collaboratively with OSPI, Contractor will be responsible for identifying the best method of engagement (e.g. virtual, in-person, or digitally.) For estimating purposes, any in-person meetings to conduct the alignment studies and one (1) post-study meeting with no more than fifteen (15) OSPI staff and six (6) National Technical Advisory Committee (NTAC) members should be proposed for locations in or around Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
