B. Anticipated Scope of Work: (Note: This general scope attempts to identify major items of work. Prior to any contract award, a more detailed and specific scope of work will need to be developed and agreed upon.) The Port anticipates the scope of services to include, but not limited to the following general areas of professional services listed below: 1. Phasing & Design – Effort will include field verification, geotechnical investigation, archaeological investigation as needed, site survey to supplement and verify existing survey information, design development, specification, submittal, inspection and testing requirements, final construction and contract documents, preliminary and final opinion of construction cost, Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP), and a project schedule. The CSPP should also address the necessary interface between ongoing airport operations, construction working hours, security, and construction access concerns. Periodic technical reviews, stakeholder coordination, presentations, and a pre- bid meeting will be required. Final deliverables and documents will include supporting permitting process, Engineers Design Report, and construction bid documents and any required addendums in the course of or following the construction bid process. 2. Bid Documents – Preparation of plans and specifications as well as all other related bid documents including permitting support during the bid and contracts awards. 3. Construction Support / Project Close Out – Effort will include the completion of bid evaluation and assistance with permit requirements, submittal review, request for information (RFI) responses, contract administration, construction observation and management, facility commissioning, acceptance, Final Engineers Report, record drawings, and project close
