The Commercial Management’s ADR Team at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), requires services from an experienced, qualified provider of events to work with the ADR staff to develop, promote, and execute the Cultural Connections and In-Terminal Activations Program. Consultant shall deliver an energetic schedule of in-terminal and on-site airport activations. Concession businesses are present in the SEA’s four concourses, two satellites as well as areas of the main terminal and baggage claim. 1. In-Terminal Event Activations 1.1. Assist the Port in developing and executing a program of select passenger centered activations that focus on promoting the tenants and concepts within the ADR program. 1.1.1.These activations will be aligned with national and international days celebrating offerings within the ADR program including brands, menu offerings, retail offerings, types of businesses, etc. 1.2. Provide event activation support including, but not limited to, ordering of supplies, securing supplemental vendors and equipment needed to perform event tasks (examples includes ancillary décor, lift rentals, etc.). 1.3. Recruit, contract, and manage all vendors required for ancillary support for event execution. 1.4. Provide staffing to supplement the ADR staff for day of execution of event, when necessary.
