Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Maintain existing and install as required new AMAG ACS & Milestone Corporate VMS, card readers, cameras, intrusion detection equipment and associated recording and control equipment as required per plans and specifications for the project request. Milestone Cameras are not integrated into the AMAG system at this time. • As required 24/7 maintenance, repair replace and upgrade services for AMAG ACS & Milestone Corporate VMS, card readers, cameras, intrusion detection equipment and associated recording and control equipment as required per plans and specifications. • Contractor handle providing the yearly SSA agreements for the AMAG and Milestone systems and licensing as needed. • If an extension of the LAN is required for connectivity, the Contractor will provide that cabling. (Cat 6 Plenum Wire, color Green for cameras, or as specified at the installation time by IT.) • All installation cabling to be color coded and pre-approved by the City’s Facilities or IT Dept. all cameras are plenum rated green Cat 6 or current city standard at the time. • Surge protection shall be installed for all ACS & VMS equipment susceptible to such conditions. • New ACS & VMS related equipment will be UL certified. • Where possible, existing electrical outlets & connections, back boxes, & equipment racks will be re-utilized for this installation. Additional outlets & electrical connections, back boxes, & racks will be provided by Vendor if requested. • All equipment furnished by the contractor shall be new, unused, most current model available and currently in regular production. • Contractor is required to provide final “As-built” electronic PDF drawings to the Project Manager which document all the components installed per project, connected with this bid. Contractor shall provide electronic copies denoting final device /equipment placement, model, type and specification submittals. • Contractor shall supply original copies of O&M manuals for all new installs and parts.
