Specifications include, but are not limited to:Contractor to provide and replace approximately ten (10) broken and burned out lights in the Avista stadium Lighting Towers. Bulbs shall be Sylvania M1500/BU-HOR Metalarc, 1500W M48/E or equal. 2.Contractor to provide and replace approximately ten (10) defective ballasts in the Avista stadium Lighting Towers. Ballasts must be approved for use with Sylvania M1500/BU-HOR Metalarc, 1500W M48/E or equal bulbs. 3.Clean all light lenses (approximately 200) in the Avista stadium Lighting Towers in accordance standard industry and commercial practices. 4. Excluding the Lighting Re-Aiming as addressed below, bulb and ballast replacement and lens cleaning is to be performed during normal working hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday excluding county holidays ( N e w Y e a r ’ s D a y , M a r t i n L u t h e r K i n g J r . ’ s B i r t h d a y , P r e s i d e n t s D a y , M e morial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). Normal working hours for the contractor shall be considered for this project, but if the Contractor desires to work during periods other than the above, notify by letter to the authorized county representative in writing for approval at least 24 hours in advance. The letter shall include the dates desired and shall identify the work that will be accomplished. 5. Re-aim lighting tower lights as needed. Contractor is to provide personnel to re-aim the lights over a four hour period of time under the direction of the Spokane Indians Representatives. Light re-aiming will be performed during the hours of 8:00pm to 11:59pm. The process for re-aiming of lights consists of one tower being re-aimed at a time.
