Washington State University (WSU) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide autonomous artificial intelligence (AI) agent solutions for undergraduate student-facing services for the entire WSU system. The intent of this RFP is to establish a service agreement that ensures optimal performance, functionality meeting the requirements stated herein and a reasonable price. It is intended that the respondent awarded this solution may have additional opportunities to expand functionality as also further detailed herein. The initial focus and deployment are anticipated to be in the student recruitment area of services (“Recruitment”) with additional interest in AI agents to help students after entering WSU as a student (“Retention”). WSU desires to utilize the most modern technologies in this space as part of its strategy for recruitment, admissions, communications, and retention.
