This is an amendment to a previously synopsized Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the National Park Service, Olympic National Park, for a single vendor/contractor to supply and deliver certified weed-free hay.
This Amendment 0001 is necessary to revise Attachment no. 1 to revise Sections 03, 06, and 12. Section 03, Period of Performance, is revised to add an option year period for making multiple deliveries of certified weed-free hay for up to two consecutive years from April 2023 to April 2024. Section 06, Price Schedule, is revised to include two line items for quoters to fill in firm-fixed unit prices per ton for the base requirement in 2023 and the option year in 2024. Section 12 was revised to change Item 12.3 for instructing quoters to fill in unit prices using the two line items provided in Section 06 Price Schedule. Quoters can ignore previous instruction to fill in price on the Standard Form 18 (SF-18) or cover page. Instead, fill in prices using the Price Schedule in Section 06 of REVISED Attachment 1.
