This requirement is to purchase OMAX IntelliCAM software licenses for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). This is a new buy. The period of performance is date of award through one year.
The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Phillips Corp. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting clear evidence that they are an authorized reseller, and their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
