Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractors shall act as general contractor and shall be responsible for all aspects of the job, including determining and following all legal and permitting requirements, hiring, managing, and paying any/all subcontractors and service providers, and for all associated documentation and reporting. 2. Obtain all necessary permits and approvals, including but not limited to Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) notification of asbestos removal, septic disconnection/decommissioning permits and Pacific County building/demolition permit, as required. 3. A right of way permit from the Pacific County Department of public work shall be required for any work in or obstruction of the right-of-way. Contractors shall be responsible for any damage to the public right-of-way. 4. If present, have asbestos removed in a safe manner and in compliance with the regulations of the Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) prior to demolition of any structures. A copy of the ORCAA permit shall be forwarded to the Department of General Administration.
