1. General a. The City of Oak Harbor requires the services of one qualified vendor to install 1 one art statue within City limits. b. The vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other incidental tasks to complete all work under this scope for the project. c. Work includes engineering plans for structural concrete based on the statue's weight and wind coefficient, excavation of a hole for the concrete pad, forming, pouring, and finishing the structural concrete pad, tying the concrete pad to the existing landscape, installation of the statue on the concrete pad, and reparation of any damages to the park caused by the installation of the statue. d. The specifications for the totems have been included in this packet. 2. Qualifications a. The vendor shall be experienced in this service and have been in business for at least five (5) years. 3. Safety a. The vendor shall be responsible for ensuring the safety of the site and the safety of those installing the material.
