• Review and become familiar with the Federal 21st CCLC program statute, nonregulatory guidance, the WA 21st CCLC 2025-2026 Request for Proposal (RFP) scoring rubric, scoring handbook, and the bidders conference PowerPoint slides. This may take approximately four (4) to six- (6-) hours. This requirement must be completed prior to the virtual peer reviewer training. OSPI will provide contractors with the aforementioned information to review. • Participate in a four- (4-) hour virtual 21st CCLC RFP Scoring Training scheduled for August 1, 2025, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., PST/PDT. Reviewers will practice scoring applications, calibrate as a team, and come to consensus on scores. Bidders who cannot commit to attending the training will be deemed non-responsive. • Review and score up to ten (10) applications between August 1, 2025, and August 29, 2025, based on criteria established by OSPI’s 21st CCLC program. Applications are roughly thirty (30) pages. Unless requested in writing to have printed materials, all applications, scoring rubrics, and supporting materials are provided electronically.
