Working with County staff, the consultant will be responsible for the design, engineering, NEPA, SEPA, EIS (as required), planning, and construction management of capital improvement projects for up to a period of one year. The selected firm will be under contract to perform work on a task order basis for the timeframe of one year from the date of contract execution. The County intends to renew the on-call services contract one additional year for a total contract duration of two years. Fees for services are limited to services to be performed under each individual agreement. The contract shall be limited to the services covered by the fee (see sample Personal Services Agreement attached). In general, consultant services are needed for the following types of work: • Project Management • HVAC systems design, improvement and replacement • HVAC Design/Build & Engineering • ADA Office Improvements • Security and Access Control improvements • Electrical Engineering and Building Power Assessment • Building Re-Roof, Painting, and Maintenance Projects • Historic Preservation • Building Structural Assessment/Design • Emergency Management Service Facility • Fairgrounds Master Planning • Hazardous Materials Assessment(s) • Other related construction/permitting/land projects, environmental documentation, or studies required to meet project requirements as directed by the County
