This project provides for five schedules of work: Schedule A1 includes work associated with installation of approximately 2,280 linear feet of new 12-inch diameter PVC water main on K Place from 42nd Place to 51st Street for the replacement of existing 2‑inch steel and 6-inch AC water main. The remaining schedules of work include work on Ocean Beach Boulevard. Schedule A2 includes work associated with installation of approximately 1,240 linear feet of new 12-inch diameter PVC water main from Pioneer Road to 26th Street NW for the replacement of existing 6-inch PVC water main. Schedule B includes work associated with installation of approximately 810 linear feet of new 8-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer from 22nd Street NW to 25th Street NW. Schedule C includes work associated with installation of approximately 1,370 linear feet of 24-inch diameter and approximately 140 linear feet of 18-inch diameter CPEP stormwater pipe from Pioneer Road to 26th Street NW. Schedule D includes reconstruction of Ocean Beach Boulevard from Pioneer Road to 26th Street NW, including cement treated base, cement concrete curb and gutter, cement concrete sidewalk, asphalt paving, pavement markings and other related work items.
