Pend Oreille County is offering approximately 1,101 mbf of sawlogs, 300 tons of pulp and 400 tons of hew wood on a DELIVERED LOG/SORT SALE basis. This timber sale is located on 2 sites in south Pend Oreille County. The sites are approximately 2.5 miles apart, one of which is located on State Highway 2. The combined sales are approximately 137 acres. This sale is comprised of DF, PP, LP, WRC, GF, WH, and WL. Timber descriptions, unit descriptions, harvest specifications and maps of the sale areas are included. Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own investigation, cruises, and estimates. A draft contract is provided for bidder review, and the successful contractor will sign and return such during the contracting process
