Contractor shall execute layout and design of the 2012-2013 Washington State Latino/Hispanic Assessment Report an English text and a Spanish text, approved in advance by CHA. Report should be high-quality, high definition, 8 by 11 inches. Report will be between 70 and 80 pages. Contractor shall provide a translator for the translation of the 2012-2013 Washington State Latino/Hispanic Assessment Report (translate English version to Spanish). Contractor shall provide an artwork production supervisor for the layout and design of the CHA Assessment Report (both the English text and Spanish text). Contractor shall also provide a high resolution PDF (at least 300 dpi) of the 2012-2013 Washington State Latino/Hispanic Assessment Report (both the English text and Spanish text) to CHA. Contractor shall have the right to engage subcontractors to assist in the production of the 2012-2013 Washington State Latino/Hispanic Assessment Report includes the printing of both the English and Spanish version of the report. Contractor shall print 1,500 copies in English and 500 copies in Spanish. The Agency will direct and approve the content and layout of the CHA Assessment Report (both the English text and Spanish text). 1.3 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum qualifications include: - Licensed to do business in the State of Washington or provide a commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) calendar days of being selected as the Apparently Successful Contractor. - 3 years experience in printing and graphic design - 2 years experience with marketing and outreach to the Latino community
