Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: • Installation of two cleanouts for the buried sanitary sewer lake-line at 2 Enatai Drive. The cleanouts will be installed on private property within a sewer easement (TPN 0824059018) to provide access for City of Bellevue O&M crews to jet the lakeline in both directions when blockages occur. • Replacement of Serwer mainline piping and connections to the Lakeline • Replacement of a Sewer manhole and installation of a cleanout access vault • Installation of a temporary coffer dam around the in-water work area, followed by de-fishing of the work zone prior to construction. • Design & Installation of a Sewer Bypass System. • Temporary dock removal and restoration post sewer installation. • Temporary removal and restoration of affected structures, including bulkhead walls, timber fences, and grass lawns, to restore the site to its original condition
