Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bremerton is seeking proposals or applications from individuals, businesses or organizations interested in leasing the Facility, located at 140 Washington Avenue, Bremerton, WA 98337; ▪ The Facility consists of 450 square feet of useable office or retail space. The Facility is heated by two electric wall pack heaters, there are no Facility cooling capabilities. There is onsite parking available in the red level of the Kitsap Conference Center Harborside Garage, on a limited basis with the exact number of parking spaces to be negotiated and permits to be issued. ▪ The Facility monthly lease amount will be mutually agreed and tenant will be responsible for all utility costs and connections, as required. ▪ Multiple respondents are welcome and the City is open to a shared lease agreement arrangement. ▪ There are no restrooms or potable water within this facility. Public restrooms adjacent to the Facility will be available for tenants, customers, and public use. Public restrooms will generally be operated as follows: Spring, Summer and Fall months: 7 days/week from 8:00 AM until 8:00 PM. Winter months: 7 days/week from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
