Request for Qualifications (RFQ) - Engineering Services for Public Works Standards and Right-of-Way Code Update 

The City of Sammamish (City), Washington, Public Works Department is soliciting proposal packages from qualified engineering firms (“Consultant”) registered in the State of Washington to provide professional engineering services to perform a comprehensive review, coordination, and update to the City of Sammamish Public Works Standards (“Standards”), Stormwater technical guidance manuals, and the associated sections of the municipal Right-of-Way (ROW) Code and Stormwater Code. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to provide sufficient information for qualified Consultants to submit a written proposal demonstrating recent experience in the preparation of municipal standards and specifications, and the associated municipal code. Additional services to complete the scope of this work may be added later through contract negotiations.
