GCPS seeks a vendor partner to provide the technology, communications support, and strategic advice for the launching, maintaining, and growing of a comprehensive wellness program that will make employees and their covered dependents healthier, as well as slow the rise of GCPS medical plan costs. It is also critical that we have a partner that can provide an abundance of data on a regular basis to monitor the progress of the program, guide communications with employees, and allow for evidence-based adjustments to incentives and program components. Implementation support and communications will be critical to the success of this program. Our HR staff is small, but mighty! We are seeking a vendor partner that does not require a lot of extra work or time from our staff. It would be ideal if your account team is experienced with other public entities, how schools operate, and what can motivate our staff to engage in the program.
