Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Each well shall have its own camera survey to determine the well depth, well casing size and type, and screen intervals. This evaluation shall include documentation of the pump intake depth and capacity, and the nonpumping water level. 2. A completed GW-2 form based on the camera survey must be submitted to CNU’s designated representative within 5 business days of completion of work 3. All work must be completed within 5 business days once it has been started. 4. Measures must be taken to prevent turf damage in locations that turf must be crossed to perform work. Protection includes but is not limited to plywood mats to drive on. Vendor is responsible for repairs to any damage that they cause while on CNU property. 5. Vendor is responsible for scheduling work with CNU’s designated representative so that work will not interfere with the schedule of CNU’s athletic practices, games, or events. A representative of the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality may wish to present during the camera surveys. If so contractor must ensure scheduling is in line with the DEQ representative’s availability. 6. Site must be left clean at the end of the day. 7. Contractor shall inspect all parts of the well system. If any piping or other parts of the system are damaged the contractor and CNU shall reach an agreed upon price for repair or replacement of those parts before reinstallation of the well.
