Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construction of a new one-story 9,575 square foot storage warehouse constructed adjacent to the existing Virginia Beach Sports Center building at 1045 19th Street in Virginia Beach near the Convention Center. The Storage Building will be a fully Sprinklered, pre-engineered metal building constructed on a concrete slab foundation.; The building will be provided with insulated metal wall panels and CMU back-up walls and a standing seam metal roof. The facility will be used primarily for equipment storage and will be furnished with pallet rack storage shelving system. The project will involve site work, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems to accomodate the facility as shown on the Drawings and specified herein
