A The Contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials and incidentals necessary to perform onsite veterinary services to the dairy and beef cattle at the Purchasing Agency. B The Contractor(s) shall be licensed to practice veterinary services within the Commonwealth of Virginia; and must provide evidence of such. Contractor must provide a copy of license and current certificate of insurance and signed PREA receipt. C The Contractor(s) shall comply to all Federal, State and local laws, regulations or directives governing the use, storage and disposal of all drugs, medical supplies and equipment required to perform routine and/or emergency services. D ROUTINE SERVICE SCHEDULE: LOT#1; The Contractor shall provide routine and emergency onsite veterinary services for dairy and beef cattle to include pregnancy checks, reproductive checks, and herd health consultation on a bi-weekly, (1st and 3rd week) schedule on date mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and the Purchasing Agency to be schedule during normal operating hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM., Monday thru Friday. LOT#2: The Contractor shall provide routine and emergency onsite veterinary services for dairy and beef cattle to include pregnancy checks, reproductive checks and herd health consultation on a bi-weekly (2nd and 4th week) schedule on dates mutually agreed upon between the Contractor and the Purchasing Agency to be schedule during normal working hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
