The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of two (2) qualified contractors to be readily available to provide quality Underground Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance and Repair Services at County maintained facilities and non-County maintained facilities throughout the entirety of Loudoun County. Specific jobs are not outlined or described herein. During the Contract period, the successful Contractors shall be available and able to perform the required maintenance and repairs on the different types and styles of underground stormwater management facility systems located within the County. The Contractors should have a flexible organization capable of performing full scope of work on multiple facilities yearly based on results of annual inspections, as well as, have the capability to provided quick responses for emergency maintenance and repairs when deemed necessary
