Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Employ, maintain, and assign a sufficient number of competent and qualified professionals to meet requirements described herein. 2. Adjust its staffing levels or replace any of its personnel upon request from the Science Museum should the Museum make a determination that staffing levels are inappropriate or that an individual is not performing in a manner consistent with the requirements for such a position. 3. Employ personnel with appropriate skills, training, background, knowledge, experience, rights, authorizations, integrity, character, and licenses or certifications as necessary to perform the services described herein, in a competent and professional manner. 4. Provide annual written documentation on all staff members establishing compliance with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services certification or licensure requirements. 5. Cooperate at all times with the Science Museum and coordinate its respective work efforts to effectively and efficiently maintain the progress in performing the Services. 6. Provide each employee with proper identification and uniforms at all times while on duty. 7. Have a procedure to notify the Contract Administrator of all daily post vacancies due to tardiness or other reasoning within thirty (30) minutes of occurrence.
